Coach Homes is a beautiful landscaped condominium complex consisting of 26 New England style buildings containing a total of 185 units. The amenities are a lovely swimming pool with spa jets overlooking a small lake, one lighted tennis court, and a Pool Cabana with men’s and ladies restrooms. The complex is centrally located off of Michigan Street between Conway Road and Dixie Belle Drive in Orlando, Florida.

A: The pool key can be received from Management for the amount of $5, payable to Coach Homes. Management does not provide any mailbox keys. Please get mailbox key from former owner.

A: No, there is one garage per unit plus parking pad immediately in front of garage.
Q: When is trash picked up?
A: The dumpsters get emptied Monday and Thursday by the City of Orlando. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday. There is no bulk pick-up such as trash, furniture and appliances.
Q: Does the basic cable that is provided include satellite dishes services?
A: No the basic cable that is provided by you homeowner dues is from Bright House Networks. Satellite dishes are not allowed on the property.
