Q: How often is the maintenance fee due? Whom do I make the check out to and where do I send it?A: The homeowner dues are to be paid the first of every month. The dues are considered late on the 10th of the month and a $10 late fee will apply. Your monthly dues are to be made out to Marina Condominium at Bay Hill. Please mail your payment to:

Q: Are there any recreational facilities?
A: Marina does not have any recreational facilities. The Club and Lodge facilities are for members only. For more information contact the club house office at (407) 876-2429.

A: Yes, notify P&R and an appointment will be scheduled.
